We take pride in providing you with the best possible care, and an office you feel at home when you come to visit.

If you are a new patient, you can expedite your initial appointment by downloading and completing the forms that need to be completed for your appointment.

We make every effort in making same day appointments for sick patients.  If you are ill and feel as though you need to be seen for a sick visit, please call the office to set up an appointment.

With the winter weather upon us, we make all possible attempts to be in the office and available to our patients. We may open late or close early when necessary. If you have an appointment scheduled, you will be contacted by phone if your appointment needs to be changed or rescheduled.

If you are in need of prescription refills, please call the office 48-72 hours before running out of your medications. Your prescriptions may not be filled the day you requested, and we do not want you running out of your medications.

This office does not do prescription refills during the weekends or after hours.  Please do not call the after hours provider for prescription refills, as these requests will not be honored until the office is open during normal business hours.

 

We have GREAT NEWS!

In an effort to better serve all our patients’ needs, we have expanded our office. We will now being seeing patients on the 1st floor of the SAME LOCATION beginning January 30, 2017.
Enter through the front door of our building where we have our new office clearly marked. This new office space is totally handicap accessible.
